I got my start in visual journalism, spending eight years covering news, features, and community stories, from breaking news and political events to documentary and nonprofit work. That path led me to immigration reform advocacy, where I spent nearly eight years leading digital content and communications for a national policy organization, and deepened my commitment to creating visuals that make complex issues accessible and move people to act.
I have worked across web, social and editorial platforms, sourcing and editing imagery, producing digital content, and collaborating with creative, policy and campaign teams to build grounded visual narratives for advocacy efforts. A recent climate fellowship, with training across sustainability and communications has broadened my work into the environmental space.
Open to freelance, contract, and full-time roles in visual editing, digital content, and communications across advocacy, media, and social-impact organizations.
